You answer your phones promptly with a real, live human being, who's already friendly and helpful.

We were especially impressed with Dale Taylor, one of your service workers who came to clean our sofa and chairs. He was polite. He knew how to chat in an amiable way and still focus on his job.

He made a call back to the his company to ask about moth treatment because we had moths eat part of one of our good rugs. He explained the issues with moths and measured our other rugs so we could get an estimate for cleaning in the future. We don't want another moth attack!

In fact, all of your staff has been helpful.

We had a needlepoint rug cleaned, but it came back with significant shrinkage and doesn't come anywhere close to fitting over the liner now. Your crew took the rug back to be, we hope, safely stretched.

The staff are professional, informative, but without hard sell. They show up on time and got right to work and explained everything ahead of time. After they were finished walked through what had been done and asked me to verify post work cleanup was compete. Ramiro Jaenz and his assistant did outstanding work.
