everything looks good
LR carpet no longer smells of my dog. Don (tech) worked really hard on the carpets & my loveseat. Plus somehow got a "hump" of loose carpet in one of the bedrooms smoothed out. Really happy with the outcome of his work!
One thing of huge concern is that when Don arrived he didn't have a mask on (per my husband since I wasn't home initially). I assumed he & my husband had had some sort of conversation regarding vaccination status but when I asked my husband later he said this wasn't the case. We are all fully vaccinated & have had booster as well but Don had no knowledge of this of course. I would have expected you all would have a protocol of having staff wear masks when initially meeting the customer/entering the home. Then, depending on the customer, maybe a conversation would take place to determine if the customer would or would not want the tech to wear the mask while cleaning. I just had another friend pass from Covid & I strongly believe the basic precautions including masks are vital in saving lives.

I am as skeptical about the possibility of getting my light tile with 5 years of dirt stuck in its groves clean. Could not have been more happy with the job! My tile has been restored to brand new!
I have had this area of carpeting cleaned in my home several times over the last couple of years. I feel the technician felt rushed or did not spend as much time as previous technicians. My job has yielded better results in prior services. This time I was also Upsold on a carpet protection spray that was applied to help with stains. Doesn’t appear worthwhile. Spots are evident in areas where he didn’t spend time or pre treat. I had to request the technician clean an area behind my sofa adjacent to my dining room which was an area totally accessible. Nothing had to be moved to get to this area .
The technician, Andrew, was great … very personable, called before coming, tried to accommodate us as much as possible ,and did a good carpet cleaning job with old carpeting!!
Logan was very professional. And legit just a nice guy. Customer service isn’t huge these days but he was spot on. Thanks Logan! And he loved our dog!
Technician was great, polite, professional, and courteous. Treatment that I paid for and carpet cleaning paid for didn’t work. Day after the odors were back. $150 down the drain.

The rugs and carpet don’t look as clean as I hoped they would. I used another company last time and my rigs looked much better.
Jamal was on time and did a great job. We like that the carpets are fresh and dry quickly. The carpets are not crunchy after cleaning with Zerorez. Always good service.

Tile cleaning was great but feel pricing was a bit high for the added grout sealing and couch cleaning. Will not be doing those in the future. Jonathan S was great too. Very nice and did a great job with the service.

Don, was great ! He was on time and explained everything he was going to do and why. He was on task, efficient and personable while cleaning my carpets and tile, He did a great job !!!
My carpets had not been deep cleaned in 13 years. He got out All the stains. My carpet looks as good as new.
After he was done, the company sent out an email with instructions on what to do for the next 24 hours to sustain the appearance and longevity of the cleaning.
I am thoroughly happy with the process and the results, and will highly recommend ZEROREZ to anyone who is looking to clean their carpets and tile.

I'm glad I had you clean my couch, love seat and chair. I was, however, disappointed when I walked in from work and the first thing I checked was the dirty spot on the side of my couch where my dog has rubbed during the years. It looked the same, still dirty. My husband said he tried to get it clean, but it just wouldn't come clean. That was disappointing.
I tried several different providers when I moved to Saint Augustine in 2005. Finally settled on ZEROREZ and have stuck with this company for the last few years. The service is excellent
