Clean products . The guys who did our service were so nice and helpful.

Kendall was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do and he did a magnificent job. Kendall was very hard working, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took great pride in his work and we very much appreciated that. We will definitely be requesting Kendall again when we clean our tile next year. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing any service provided by Zerorez.

The young man that came out (I am sorry not good with names) was just the best. My 96 year old mother in law is very particular and demanding (I am so sorry), but he treated with nothing but kindess and respect.

Jake and Ammon were so polite and respectful of our home. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The dryer vents is clean, a/c vents are all shined up and I look forward to cleaner air with all the construction and other dust removed from our duct work.

The customer service from scheduling to follow up to confirmation was top notch. I especially appreciated that there was a human voice and not an AI generated message to answer calls intermittently between scheduling and appointment. Also, the actual in-service work conducted by Gabe was excellent. He was timely and knowledgeable about the process and was able to explain what to expect. He also informed me of other services available we may consider in the future.
The technician was very nice and attentive however the water smelled like dogs or something along those lines … when he left, I kept smelling something so leaned down to the carpet and that’s where it was coming from. I don’t have pets at all and we don’t wear shoes in my house. My carpets are not soiled or really dirty. ( just ask any tech who has been here) I just have Zerorez to come out every six months to clean my carpet and have been doing so for many years now. Not sure why…but the smell was not pleasant. The water used to be really hot and would remove just about anything. My last carpet cleaning wasn’t the best either. I’m not sure what has changed with your company over the last year or two but you need new machines and go back to super hot water!! my next carpet cleaning, I’m going to schedule with another company just to compare. Your company used to be the absolute best and I told all my family and friends about you…..but not anymore….
