Representative was professional, courteous and thorough. The result of the service was better than we had expected. The only negative comment i can add would be on myself as i would have tipped him but forgot to get some cash , MY BAD! I would however request the company tip this fine employee at least 38,000.

The cleaning of our floors and chairs was wonderful. They both came very clean. Our technician explained everything, worked hard and did a. Great job.
I use your company yearly. I had to have Zerorez comeback out to spot clean a couple places. On the website when I booked it stated $35 per spot but when he arrived I was informed it would be $130. This was very misleading. In addition to the misleading cost of the service one of the spots didn't even come out or improve at all. I'm a loyal customer who has referred several people to Zerorez and I had to overpay for subpar cleaning.

I have used Zeroez many times and I was always happy. This last time I was not. The employee did not dry the carpet. I had two room, hallway and stairs. I ran fans for three days. Nothing you can do. Will decide whether I will use you again.
Zerorez does a very thorough job and seems able to remove any stain on my carpet. I would not use any other carpet cleaner!
