The cleaning job completed in my master bedroom was a complete disaster. There are now dark streaks all across my carpet in this bedroom. The other areas that were cleaned look fine, but I am thoroughly disappointed in the job overall because the main area looks worse than it did before!!! I expect service recovery on this issue in the form of a call back to reschedule a recleaning of this area at no charge.

New to us house so had carpet cleaned very early July - went great. Caleb was fantastic. Changed mind on carpet in one room so replaced that - wanted to have Caleb come back out to clean the new carpet. Zerorez would not waive the minimum for coming back out so added a service we didn’t really need (tile cleaning). Afterward, tile looked bad (splotchy) so I called to see if Caleb could come back out - hoping maybe it was just some residue or something. Scheduled for that Saturday with Caleb - and ended up with a call from a different technician… who ultimately came out bc of scheduling changes. He was unable to do anything to help the tile. So I call Monday to see how we might be able to fix tile - as we didn’t want to do any DIY and make it worse. Talked to Wayne who was very empathetic… but said I’d need to talk to Chris, a manager. Wayne said Chris would give me a call by the end of the week (which was 4 additional business days) … and still no call. Zerorez sure seems to care before getting paid … not so much afterward - even though my tile looks far worse than before the service I didn’t even want. Absolutely will not recommend and profoundly disappointed with your customer service.
And … I still don’t know how to fix my tile!

The carpets and area rugs came out so clean. We also had them scotch guard the area rugs.

This is the first time for us to use Zerorez. We had a coupon and it was honored. The tech, Joseph, was awesome. He listened to our requests and worked hard to help our poor carpet out. It looks better. There wasn’t a heavy smell afterwards and smelled great. So happy that we decided to go with Zerorez.
