I had my carpet cleaned and I did notice the stains still on the carpet until after your carpet cleaner person was gone. And two days later my house selled worse than it did before the cleaning. I know my house was big so I think it was to much for him to do. I will not use your company again it was close to $400.00 to do my house. And the job that was done was not very good.

Process was well informative. I knew the cost and timing from them initially. Being this organized upfront helped me be a little more lenient when the van arrived. The person doing the work was excellent. He was thorough and explained in detail what he was doing and about how long it would take. No upsell or funny word tracks during the process to extract more cash out of me. Carpets looked excellent and house smelled great the next day
