The pre-treatment was hit and miss. Mostly missed.
A carpet cleaning was the fastest I’ve ever seen. I checked the carpet before he left, and there were many places with the carpet was dry!! Many areas still had carpet stains. I was able to remove those stains by using Resolve. The fact that I had to put all the furniture back into the living room know my carpet was not completely clean. I was not the least bit happy. I pointed out certain areas with a carpet was not clean the last time I had the carpet clean. He tried to clean it and made the stain ever larger! I wish I could taken a picture and showed it to you. I do understand employees are difficult to find!!! To think I gave your employee a $20.00 tip, was not worth it. I have always loved Zero Rez. I recommend them to everyone. On my last call to your office, the lady in the office recommended for me to go elsewhere. She felt like Zero rez wasn’t a good enough company. And I understand her. The last several times that Zero rez has been here. It takes two times to get the carpet clean. I don’t understand that, but that’s just where it is. The time before Joshua was here, you had two people come out to the to do my carpet. The one guy
( rookie ) the other guy spent 95% of the time in his truck. The rookie is one who did all of the cleaning. Once he was done, he put all his equipment away and then he came in to ask me how the carpet looks. There were several dirt right up next to their baseboard that look very, very dirty. I felt obligate not to mention them to him because he had already put away all of his equipment. He was ready to leave at that moment. So therefore, I didn’t tell him about the dirt spots around the baseboard. Which I understand is my own fault. As you know, I’ve had carpet cleaning in my house for a good number of years. Your company is the best I’ve ever known. But I’ve never had the same employee come and clean my carpets. It seems like you have a great turnover of employees as I understand that. When Joshua turned into my driveway, for some reason, he pulled in very fast and ended up with the side doors to the front of my house.
After he left, I when out to the driveway way and I notice he broke off a piece of my driveway by driving on the grass and the edge of the driveway. Breaking off a piece of my driveway. Once again, I wish I could send a picture and let you know what took place.
And it doesn’t really work when your employees ask the customer if we give him a grade of 10 so he gets paid more money.

They were on time and very professional. The two associates that represented zerorez was very knowledgeable, respectful and did the job in a timely manner. I am impressed by the fast drying of the carpet. It does not have that crunch feel after it is dry.
