Jake and Albert were phenomenal!

We have used you all a couple of times now and had decent experiences. This time though we paid $1,100 and had to go behind the tech and re clean areas that were still visibly dirty and got it cleaner than when it was professionally done. We have photos and videos from when we cleaned it. I feel like I should get a good bit of my money back for having to re do it. Hopefully you all make it right before I leave the Google review.

Anthony worked diligently to clean my white sofa and colored area rug. It turned out beautifully.

Dalton was extremely detailed oriented and took a lot of time to make sure that everything was done in a very professional manner. He took extra time on my patio and cushions which were in need of a real deep cleaning. He did a great job and he was so courteous and obviously cared very much about his quality of work.

Grout never is clean. There are always spots and a residue that requires Heavy mopping. Yall tell me it is what it is, with the dirty grout but I end up cleaning it myself.

Zerorez is great! Our office smelled wonderful after they left and the floors have never been cleaner. One piece of advice to help make things a little clearer to customers is the window of arrival for the technician. When I booked my appointment, I was told the tech would arrive at 8:00am and I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival. My tech didn't arrive until 9:30am. The 8-11am time frame that is on the confirmation email is a timeframe of when your tech could arrive. I would make sure when booking clients that they are aware of this. other than that. Everything else was great!
