We went back to the property after the cleaning was completed and used a black light to check the carpets. Unfortunately, we found several spots that had not been cleaned well.
We were disappointed, especially considering the cost of the service, to still see visible spots remaining on the carpet. We had expected a more thorough result given the price we paid.
It was my first experience with Zerorez. Getting appointment was easy and did appreciate the call in advance of tech arriving as well. The carpets seem much cleaner and happy overall. Found a few areas the next day that were missed but again, overall happy with outcome.

The duct cleaning was performed by technicians who were very professional. They even showed me what it looked like in the duct while cleaning. Highly recommended.
