I can't speak to what the products are because they weren't shown to menor explained. What I go by are results and the man who did my very old carpeting was very good at his job. I would ask for him again.

Alex was really great. Extremely courteous, very detail oriented, and explained everything from start to finish on how he would work through the house. Gave feedback after his work and offered up additional services that we ended up using with an area rug. Price was good for what we had cleaned. Alex was a big part of my satisfaction.

The young man who came to our home to clean our natural dye wool 10 X 14-ft Afghan rug explained how he could clean the rug and assured us that the vaccuum of the moisture from the cleaning process would assure that the wood laminate flooring would not be affected. He also noted that although highly unlikely a dye could possibly run given this cleaning process as opposed to sending the rug to a more thorough and careful process at their plant. With careful consideration since our inported rug had been with us for 40A+ years, we decided to send the rug out to be cleaned. We appreciated the discussion of the features of a more thorough cleaning and consideration of the difference in the cost involved.

Great customer service! My carpet looks brand new and smells fantastic.

We have a 20 year old carpet with stains that kept reappearing. We were told that because zerorez does not use soap to clean the carpet, it would be less likely to attract dirt again over time. So far we are very impressed with how clean the technician Harrison was able to get this old carpet. Most spots are no longer noticeable. We are delighted with the results!

The first visit, I was very much satisfied. The 2nd visit, the guy did not work as hard, did not stay nearly as long as the 1 tech. He did not use cones to protect my wall corners. Let chemical burns in my front grass after asked about pulling into the driveway. For results i received I could have gone with Stanley Steamer less money and better service.
