Promptness and professionalism. Kyrone(I hope I haven’t misspelled his name.) did an awesome job with my carpet cleaning. I had many stains that have occurred over the last 18 months from spilt drinks, and even though I attempted to clean them up, they still stained he was able to get most of them up, but not all but anything is better than what it was. Thank you so much.
Zerorez was great. Scheduling was easy; communication was excellent; and the service was great. Our tech, Felton, was on time and did an awesome job! We hope he comes back the next time we need Zerorez.
