You do a good job cleaning. The men who clean are always courteous and make good suggestions about my various issues. They are careful so as not to scratch or mar my walls and furniture. I always feel great about the job that is done.

The service was prompt and professional. They took the time to look at a few "stains" that we did not know the origin of. The carpet looks great after the cleaning and we will certainly use Zerorez again.

I expected a greater effort made to clean my chairs than was provided. Applying a mere spray solution to the chair material was not sufficient to move the stains. I did not consider the approach made to the cleaning effort offered by Zerorez to be in any way effective as a "cleaning" method. I could have sprayed the chairs myself and gotten the same result, but thought that I was calling a chair cleaning company that would provide a suitable method for the job needed. But a mere spray bottle approach was not good value for the money spent.

Gabe was very personable and very thorough in his job. The finished product was absolutely gorgeous and I’ll have him back out again.

We thought the service was very friendly and professional and expedient! The only thing is, we discovered at the end of the day, hours after they left, that the house was no longer cooling. It was too late to call Zerorez back, and the 24-hour AC company we use was booked until the next day. My husband had to vacuum the line twice and change the filter to see if we could get it working again, since we weren't sure what the problem was. After that the house started cooling slowly again. If that is something that's a possibility, we would definitely suggest the employees mention it to the client and let us know what we can do to avoid or fix it. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Your tech did a great job, we will definitely use you again.
