The technician was on time , called 30 minutes ahead of arrival which gave me plenty of time to contact the homeowner and let them know you were coming . We provided a #10 rating for outstanding work -however pl know that we still have some black spots on 3 vents and some minor items (much less than before) are still visible on white and green bathroom tiles.

My carpets look like new after Zerorez cleaned them.
