The technician was awesome, super polite and did an amazing job. We never thought our carpets could look this good, we thought they needed replacing! But now they are clean. The grout on my tiled shower floor also came out great.
I had carpet cleaned on stairs and upstair bedrooms. It cleaned up very nicely.

Start to finish a very good experience. Technician tested my wool and viscose area rug for suitability for cleaning in place before starting which was nice instead of just diving in and perhaps having a problem (result was it was safe and now it looks amazing).
Neat, clean, efficient and wonderful results on all rugs cleaned both area and wall-to-wall. Definitely will use again!
The guys were great- my carpets and tile looks so much better. They know what they were doing and I love that there is no residue when they were done. Making this a must yearly refresh.

The schedulers are polite and professional. The technicians are great as they are very informative and very careful in my home to be as neat and clean as expected. Louis Ent has to return and corrected what I was not happy with the results of the cleaning prior. My neighbor uses Zerorez as well as my son and my manager at work used zerorez for a complete cleaning at her house and all of us are happy
