I came into office this morning and we couldnt even tell that our carpets were cleaned. i thought a commercial cleaning would be higher quality and remove all debris from our carpets but it didnt.

Zerorez was extremely friendly and easy to work with. The techs Lou and Gavin were early and outstanding to work with. Couldn’t get any better than them. They worked till it was done and they worked around our needs. We had some special (very heavy and very odd) things to move around and they were very patient with us. They welcomed us to take videos and pictures of the before and after process. They mentioned where there was a huge difference and if we wanted to snap a photo.
Branson was very professional. Almost all stains came out of the upholstery.
They do a great job and are responsive when there is a problem!

I was unhappy with the cleaning of the fabric recliner I recently asked Zerorez to clean. I called and within two days someone came and cleaned it again at no cost to me. They stand behind their work.

Eddie did an excellent job. I have used Zerorez for rugs, tile floors, upholstery, and air duct cleaning. They have always been prompt, professional, and exceed expectations.
First the guy that came was very nice and did a good job
However , my advice is when you have a large job like my house with full upstairs carpet cleaning and downstairs tile and area rug and upstairs bathrooms- you should send 2 people because it’s hard to do a very detailed thorough cleaning with one guy.
After he left I noticed in the corners and edges of my kitchen island were missed - I decided to invest a good amount of

Also last year the woman (owner I believe ) told me if furniture needed to be moved I needed to be there to help which was fine- but this time the worker said he couldn’t move the furniture-
This made him clean around the couch and around the kitchen table - last year the whole floor was cleaned because we simply moved it - 2 people is not an issue-
In summary one person is not enough for a larger job like this - I wrote a nice Google review because your guy is nice and did a good job and I believe ZeroRez is a good company- but he was out in a bad position by having to do this job alone - bottom line , now that I have evaluated the work, I am not as happy as last time .
