Jake was the slowest technician I have ever had. He was extremely slow getting started and after being here at 8:50, by 11:30 has had only cleaned 2 small chairs and 2 club chairs. I had my whole house down and it was a big big job and there should have been 2 people ( read this in reviews though Zerorez has never sent 2). I would have thought this was his first day. Extremely frustrating as I had blocked off 1/2 my day for service. I had to be at an appointment at 2:00 and told him I needed to leave by 1:15, his reply was, that I could leave him here at the house to finish!?!? Really, he thinks I would just open my home to a stranger and leave, crazy. He asked to put a drink in my refrigerator and then if he could use the restroom! Once again, never has a previous technician been so brazen. He should have a cooler or truck and use the rest room before service. My other frustration is I am a long time repeat customer who spends roughly $700-$1000 and to me that's a BIG job. I called Zerorez and had to leave a voicemail as no one answered. I never received a call back even days later. No concern or care from them. I thought I was a valued customer and obviously I am not. I will find someone else to clean my carpets and furniture based on this experience and non-response to my call. I believe Zerorez has lost its "customer service" concern and only is concerned with the bottom line of making money. That's all Jake was concerned with too, he seemed to want to "run up my ticket" so maybe he could make a bigger commission. Stupidly, because I am a kind person, I tipped Jake $40 but he didn't deserve a penny and as far as I'm concerned Zerorez should have contacted me after my voicemail and hasn't as of 3 days later, no excuse what so ever. So there you have it. I will also go in and remove my 5 star review for Zerorez. Ultimately, Jake was here from 8:50 until 1:20! I had to almost kick him out the door, we never walked to check everything out as he took too long. Oh and by the way, there were no "preexisting stains" which slowed him down. My furniture and carpets don't even look dirty, I just clean them this time of year to freshen for the holidays.

It was overall a great experience however I paid extra for the pet service and it still smells like pee. Granted the boys has had an accident in that room 3 times
Our carpet is actually only two years old and in excellent condition other than a few spots where our new puppy had accidents. We paid to have all of our carpet clean just to eliminate the spots however they are still there in one room as if it was never touch. Sadly we are pretty disappointed in the outcome.
