Whether the technician in new to the homeowner or one from a recent visit, the high quality and professionalism is ever present.
Your technician was fine. Friendly, etc. However, the quality of the work was not as I expected. This wasn't due to lack of effort, it was due to lack of tools. For shower glass cleaning, your technicians need to have a dual action / orbital polisher with glass pads, along with glass polish (which he had). Digging around on the internet you can find this. Based on the equipment needed, time, effort, etc., I chose to try your service, but at $600, I would be able to buy 2 or 3 of everything I need, put in an hour of work, and got better results. I was shocked at the price you quoted, but at a $250 base to have the tech leave, I was committed. I won't be using your service again.

I requested a tech that I knew was good and detail-oriented, and my request was not granted instead they sent someone who was not experienced and detailed. When I brought to his attention that the spots were still there he said he could not do anything so I took a rag and wiped it so he could try again. Not very motivated.
You are not just carpet cleaning. You do a good job with carpets, but can do other things for homes and cars that can help with cleaning and maintenance of all kinds of things.

I was relieved to find a local upholstery cleaning business that didn’t use toxic chemicals to clean the glider I will be using in my baby’s nursery.
I appreciated how quickly I could get an appointment and my tech, Gabe, was friendly.
I decided to go ahead and use the fabric protector on the glider for obvious reasons and when I asked about the chemical composition was reassured it was safe and any smell would be very temporary (about an hour).
I was very disappointed that days later the nursery still smelled so strongly despite opening windows and having multiple air purifiers going nonstop. I feel like a bait and switch took place and, I regretted my decision.
I also don’t see any noticeable difference in the glider in terms of dirty spots. It looks as dingy to me as it did prior to the cleaning.
We also chose to clean a wool rug which I was satisfied with.
