Just want to say this young man, Jake Poindexter, is one of the most accommodating and polite people I have ever met! He goes above and beyond to provide the most satisfactory service and to be sure you are pleased with the finished product. He really represents Zerorez in the best was possible and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Great work ethics and I'm sure his parents are very proud of him!

From start to finish service by ZeroRez has been exceptional! I have tried a few other carpet cleaning companies throughout the years and ZeroRez is the best I've encountered. From setting up the appointment, to the information email sent before the service date, to when Jake Poindexter arrived! Jake was great at going over the process, looking at all the areas to be cleaned and educating me on how ZeroRez cleans carpets, upholstery and more. He carefully inspected the area rugs to be sure of the process he used. Jake was professional and personable and an exceptional technician. He did a fabulous job! Our rugs looks fantastic! He even showed me the difference by cleaning two strips of carpet with the 'before' carpet in the middle to illustrate the difference. The rugs and carpet even look better today, after they have fully dried. I have already sent your website to two friends to recommend you. I posted a review on Google earlier today.

The service was on point from the minute I set up the appointment with the office. When Ammon and Joesph came, they were pleasant and eager to do a great job! During the vent duct cleaning, we ran into a alittle hiccup with the air handler, Ammon didn’t hesitate to help with a quick repair and appreciate the extra mile. Vents all look very clean and not sure if it was a mind thing but swear I slept better after the service was performed. Clean up was on point and left a clean smell in our home from the spray (cannot remember the name) they put into our ducts. Thanks, we will be going back for other services. BTW, I never write this long of reviews…..
