The technicians were here on time and were very polite and knowledgeable. Explained the whole process from beginning to end and even cleaned up the carpet underneath the vents. Service was great - Setting up the visits and getting a quote on the services was a little broken. For a customer who told you we were going to use THREE of your services, I think a visit by a rep to duscuss how the services work, do measurements and quote the job would have been resonable and the confusion we experienced could have been avoided. All things considered, we would recommend your services to our neighbors if asked.
