I had my vent ducts, dryer vent, and carpet cleaned by a spectacular group of men. Ammon and his team provided excellent service regarding my vent ducts and dryer vent! They arrived at a timely manner and completed the job effectively and efficiently. They kept me abreast with everything they were doing. The following day I had my carpet cleaned by Josh and was also very impressed with his work. He too kept me informed and also enlightened me regarding the upkeep of my carpet. Zerorez products work and their services are hands down one of the best I've experienced!

The technician did a great job cleaning and I was happy with the results. The problem was when I called to schedule I was very clear about the condition of the carpet and was quoted a price of roughly $300. When the tech showed up they made the decision that the job was going to cost more than double what I was told. That is a very dishonest business practice.I had to take time off work to accommodate getting this done and was in a situation that required me agreeing to the new price. Therefore I am very unhappy about the entire experience outside of the actual finished product the technician accomplished.
