The staff member that came was very knowledgable and engaging. He asked me specific questions about our family life to get an idea of the traffic use on the carpet he was cleaning. He got out two tough stains that have still not reappeared! One was a rust stain about 3 years old that other companies have tried to remove!

You recently cleaned an area rug that had been rolled up in our basement for 20 years. It was stained and dirty. I wasn't sure it could be saved. It came back to us looking brand new!
