We had a lot of dog spots in our 11 year old carpet and had recently lost our elderly dog. All of them have come out and don't appear to be coming back at this point. The tech was very professional, did a great job and was very personable, which is why I also sent my area two small rugs with him to have them cleaned. I would like an update on when they would be cleaned. Thanks.

Professional service. Thorough explanation of everything technician was going to do. Alerted me to any difficult spots that may or may not come out prior to cleaning. There were two stains that remained, but they were greatly reduced. (We have light grey carpeting.)My carpet feels light and fluffy once again.
