The rep sent to my home was professional and seemed like he knew the products.

I have 12 year Berber carpet and it was cleaned only 1 time in the past. So it had some good wear patterns. And I thought that they would not come out. Well after 1 day you can hardly tell where they were. The carpet is nice and clean and I like the fact that no harsh chemicals were used. They were at my house within the time specified. And for the three rooms were out in less than 1 hour.

I liked the feel of the carpets after cleaning. Very polite service people who explained the process. When I had the duct cleaning scheduled the net day, Bob Hernandez a told me he could do not as good a job as he would like (only 60-70%), and did not do the job due to location of our furnace but instead gave me the name of a company who could do this. I really appreciated his honesty.

This was the first time I had used your company to clean a rental townhouse we own. The carpets are getting a little worn and before replacing I decided to spend a little more on carpet cleaning to see if that would extend their life. I was so impressed with every experience I had with your company. The woman who set and confirmed the appt was incredibly friendly and helpful. The technician arrived BEFORE his scheduled time and was incredibly polite, professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job! The carpets are the cleanest they have been in years. Fluffy, clean, spots out, and best of all, don't look like they need to be replaced anymore! I will definitely recommend your company and use you again. Well worth the price!

The technician that did the work was very professional and personable.

Personnel very knowledgeable, explained the process very well. The estimate received over the phone was different than the end estimate, when giving estimates over the phone it would be a good idea to warn of that, I had no idea there was a "great room" consideration. The cleaning out come was great, the smell pleasant but a little strong. I have never used soap on my carpet so have always cleaned carpets myself. Now I am very comfortable having your company do it for me!

The orange pre conditioner smelled good and still makes the house smell fresh. The water system used worked well.

The service technician, Matt Carr, did a great job explaining what was going to happen and also explained the product very well. He was pleasant, well mannered, worked in a timely manner, was very thorough, walked us through the completed job, and asked if we had any questions.
