Kind, respectful, knowledgable, efficient and timely. Wish I could show you the picture of before.....I had another bad chocolate stain on my carpet (I had a horrible homemade hot fudge sauce stain that was about 6ft by 6ft wide two years ago, Christmas) and Zerorez came out and got every square inch of it out, even with an oil base to the hot fudge sauce. Different dog, same frustration! Zerorez responded quickly and within 26 hours the stain was gone. On Labor Day weekend, I might add.

My husband and I were thrilled with how clean our carpets are after the cleaning. I believe his name was John who came out and performed the work. He was very kind and very hard working and I felt he really cared about how the carpet would look after he left.
