I was impressed with the product because it was able to get all of the tough stains out of my carpets, and the use of chemicals was not applied to aid in the process. This was important to me to not have any chemical agent applied in my home because of health ailments occuring with people in my family, as well as wanting my children and pets to breathe safely too. The staff that came to my home to perform the carpet service was most professional. I would recommend the team that came to my home to friends and family. I liked that the products are safe....non-residue forming. My only recommendation would be that the service person wear booties while cleaning the carpet. Our service person was GREAT!

My service technician, Blake Heikes was very professional, on time, and truely concerned that I was complety satisfied. He is a college student, and I was equally impressed with his work ethic, a trait not seen as often as I would expect in that age range.
He was also very personable and extremely knowledge about the Zerorez carpet cleaning process.
We have lived in Winterset 4 years, a Colorado temporary transplant, and had no idea what company to use, then heard good things about Zerorez.
I have refered this company and my positive to my neighbor, and she will be calling for an appointment next week!

The service was quick and professional. The technician was friendly and explained everything very clearly to me. I also love the fact that there are minimal chemicals being used on the carpet that our children lounge and play on!! I will undoubtedly use Zerorez from now on for our carpet cleaning!
