I love that ZeroRez is clean and green! My carpets are always so much brighter, dryer and smell so good. Plus my technician Josh was so honest and friendly yet worked diligently. Three floors of carpet cleaning in 2 1/2 hours! Only one very small complaint. I did not see him wear booties and my dark green rug in my entryway had white footprints. Again, not a huge deal but I thought you'd want to know.

About how well the carpet was cleaned, and how professional the technicans were. They did a good job explaining, the process. The carpet smelled and looked very clean when they got done. Also liked the idea of having the plastic slippers to wear on the damp carpet. They were here ON TIME and did the job with in a reasonable amount of time. Very Very happy with Zerorez
