By far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Auggie was polite, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our carpets were cleaned, and any spots removed. I greatly appreciated that he took all the extra steps to make sure he was careful not to damage anything during the cleaning process - i.e. he wore boot covers, put plastic covers around corners and moved chairs. I will be recommending to family and friends!

I like the friendly services and quality of work performed. Our service technician was through in his review of the work requested, explained optional product options, and completed the work in a timely manner. He treated a few areas requiring additional attention. Our carpets look great, although that is not a surprise, as we have used Zerorez on other occasions. We are happy with all of the services received and when the need arises won't hesitate to call Zerorez again.
