No chemicals used and efficient service

Knowledgeable staff members and timely service. Carpet was almost dry when I returned home.

I really like the fact that no chemicals are used and therefore no residue left behind.

Chad was very proficient and efficient. Most company's have two people per truck but Chad did it alone with my help of moving a table. He explained how powere water is created and works. I like the idea of no soap! It could be my imagnination but the carpets look cleaner and brighter than other times. I do think your Scotch Guard treatment is priced too high - $60 per room, WOW.

We had the entire house cleaned. Zerorez was cost effective and left our carpets much dryer than other services previously utilized. We were very impressed with the outcome. Our service representative was exceptional. It was great to see an individual with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a great work ethic. Carpet gets cleaner and stays cleaner longer.

The service was done in an expeditious manner. They took the time to do a walk around to identify any areas of concern. The representatives were very informative and helpful in making in their recommendations. Also, the carpet did dry quickly. My service was on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30 and by morning I was able to put everything back in it's place without any worry of dampness in the carpet. I would definitely recommend their services.

Carpets look so much better!!!

The chairs we had Zerorez clean now look brand new. We thought maybe they were so dirty we would need to buy new ones because they would never come clean. My husband was thrilled that we didn't have to go furniture shopping!

The carpets we had cleaned were very worn from high traffic and neglect. Visibly the areas cleaned looked much better immediately. The cleaning agents were not caustic smelling and did not leave a sticky residue.

Your employee Chad is very good at what he does. He was friendly and did a great job. Our carpet looks like new again. Only problem I have is the wife had to buy new furniture after cleaning the carpet.

My carpet is 17+ years old. After my carpet was cleaned by Zerorez the carpet looks great. I was going to replace the carpet after one more cleaning, but now I plan to wait awhile. Cost and did a good job

I loved the smell of the products. It didn't smell like wet carpet when they left, it was a nice fresh smell. It smelled clean and fresh!! The people that cleaned the carpet were very professional and did a wonderful job. I will have them come again!!

The professionalism of the men sent to our home is hard to find these days.
I even got a phone call when they were about 1/2 hour from arriving. That was very nice.

They worked hard and did a really good job. No feeling of they needed to hurry. They only cared about how good of a job they were doing and they did do a good job.

I liked the cleaning ability and the citrus smell it left. It dried in 4 to 5 hours as your techs said. The techs (Bill and Mike) were excellent to work with. I'd like to order some product for pet stains and deoderizer. I already have recommend your services to 3 to 4 people already. I will have you back and clean my lower level.
