He did a great job on our carpet that was challenging especially with it's age being 10+ years old and light color. My daughters room was another issue altogether, with us being foster parents for the Animal Rescue League of Iowa there were numerous puppy smells coming from the carpet and we were sure we would have to replace her carpet, but thought we would try the cleaning first. It looks like so far, we will able to hold off on that for awhile anyway as I don't smell anything at all at this point and usually the smells come out with the heat and we have a couple of hot days so I am very happy with those results as well.
I also love that it is pet safe and dries relatively quickly. At the time of our scheduled cleaning we had 3 adult cats, 1-6 week and 1-8 week old kitten here in the house, last week we were hosting 11 cats/kittens. I felt very comfortable when the cleaning was done letting the cats out knowing there wouldn't be chemicals all over their paws that they would then in turn be licking up. The service tech explained what he was going to do,how long it would take, and what the final bill would be--this all took place before any work was started. Bob seemed knowledgeable and personable. He explained how the equipment worked and took pictures to show the before and after cleaning results.

I like the way the carpet feels when it's dry, soft not stiff. The spots do not appear after a few days like they did when I used another carpet cleaning service. Both times I had Zerorez clean my carpet the young men worked quickly, efficiently and were helpful and friendly. They seem knowledgable about carpet and stains.

Very informative and efficent technition

I liked the idea of no soap being used on my carpet. It was quick to dry and the carpet felt very soft after it was dry. Gary, our technician, was very friendly and he did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone. I was disappointed in the communication when I called inquiring about Zerorex. I was told on two occasions that Zerorex would come to Oskaloosa for no less than three locations. My second call I was told each location would need to have at least $200 in services. I had no problem with that as I understand it is a distance to come. However, when I called to schedule the cleaning date, I was told I had to have a total of four locations (three besides me) and each location would need to use at least $225 in services. That is a problem that needs to be corrected! Persons answering the phone need to have their information right.

The carpets smelled great and looked so much better. Also, Kyle was very personable and provided excellent customer service. He even came out to clean my carpets after normal business hours.

How well our building smells after you clean!! It is amazing!! However, I was a little disappointed with the bathroom tile work done this time!! It did not look very clean around the toilets and edges!! Main portion of floor looked good though!!
