it actually did what you said it would. i have brand new carpet and my dog urinated on it (a few times). he did a great job in getting the odor to go away. much easier to do then to replace carpet. Had i known this would be the case, i would not have replaced the carpet to begin with....

We didn't have to take too much time off work because the Zerorez team worked fast and called 10-15 minutes ahead of time so we could leave work to greet them.
