Jalen was amazing! He is not only great at his job, because our carpets look amazing, he is one of the nicest guys we’ve met. Also, need to mention the office staff when scheduling our appointment..they were so nice and helpful!

Our technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and a joy to have. During our walk through he shared important details about carpet cleaning things to do and not do. He explained available services based on our homes needs. He didn’t pressure me or make me feel guilty when making our plan. He worked very hard and did a wonderful job on our carpets and rugs. We are very pleased with him all around 10/10!

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced. Augie was wonderful to work with! He explained everything he was going to do, talked about an extra carpet protection he could apply (which we needed), and got to work.

It was easy to schedule and to tell the scheduler exactly what I needed t be cleaned. Adam called a few minutes before he arrived. We walked through the area that need to be cleaned. He told us the cost. He started working, my wife left to do some shopping, and I began working on a project. He was done in 90+ minutes just like he told us he would be. He helped me pay my bill using his telephone.

The gentleman who came out to do the work did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets. He was also one of the most professional and friendly people who has ever done work in our home. This is an exceptional company.
