Daniel was my service technician. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained his plan, asking about any specific issues, areas that might need special attention. I appreciated his attention to detail. He made some suggestions about the drying process as well. I was very impressed with him and the outstanding results.

It was very easy to set up an appointment using the internet. The service man (Augi) who came to clean my carpets and a couple of chairs was ver y professional and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and chairs. We dicovered that he had been here last to clean for me and I was satisfied with the work he did then. I will be contacting Zerprez again and will hope tha I have the same service man.

Quick and clean process

Our tech Daniel was fantastic. He arrived on time, confirmed the services we had scheduled, gave a brief overview of each, and went to work. He paused about halfway through and gave me an opportunity to have a look at the area he had cleaned, then completed the job. The carpet looks great and smells clean. Very happy with both the product and Daniel.
