I liked you could schedule on line and the technicians called when on the way in the designated time period. The technicians were polite and efficient. The Zerorez process doesn't leave a chemical smell or crunchy feeling of the carpet. The carpet dried fairly quickly but we waited 24 hours to move items back.The carpet looks refreshed!

It's difficult to complete a survey immediately after you provided a service. The service technician was knowledgeable and skilled at what he did and communicated. He was wonderful! The carpet only dried a few days ago, so we haven't had a chance to see the results or see if any odors return, etc.
