The tech made our carpet look brand new again, it's 10 years old!Everything smelled so fresh, and the tech was very friendly and courteous, and he got a stain out of the carpet that no one else could, including the Zerorez tech who cleaned our carpet last year! I would rate Zerorez a 10!

Super quick response- I put my request in online and they called in literally 30 seconds. They were also able to schedule immediately and in a timeframe that was preferred by me. Addtionally, they gave just a 2 hour time fram which is greatly appreciated. Service was fantastic and they honored the price quoted even though there was an extra piece of the couch- couldn't be happier.

Everything! The personnel were friendly and competent - can't ask for more than that. Also, did a good job - and can't ask for more than that.

The customer service over the phone and in person was excellent...and the product smelled amazing! When I noticed the areas that were missed the cleaner didn't get mad and brought all his stuff back in and finished what I wanted!
