Zerorez provided perfect service--the best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had. Matt, the technician, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly wanted to do everything he could to be certain everything went well. The carpet is nearing the end of its life expectancy, but its now in good enough shape to keep for a while longer. Some bad spots that other companies could not remove are now completely gone. The price was a bit lower than I have paid some of the larger services. I will use Zerorez again and have already recommended it to several people.

Overall I was very pleased with the results - carpets looked and smelled clean after the service.
They were timely, pleasant and knowledgable. When I arrived home after work my house smelled really fresh and clean. Not humid like other times I've had carpet shampooed. Plus it really works without all the chemicals. My carpet looked and felt like new. I will recommend Zerorez.

The carpets look great. My only issue is the communication between myself, and your office.
I sent a request to change the billing address on the credit card and never heard back.
Also, I was told I would get a call the day before...and did not. I had to call at 4pm to confirm . I was told the tech would be there by 9...and at 9:45 I had to call only to find out he was running late, so I lost 1/2 day of work.
I still would recommend your services though. I just feel you need some improvement on the communication end.

Your representatives and workers were all very courteous and very efficient. I especially liked that the stains on my stairs are now all gone. Also, there is no crusty feel to the carpet.

One thing I think you should really work on is the right questions asked before hand, so that when the technician gets to the home, the bill isn't nearly $200 MORE than what was quoted. This has happened to us twice now using Zerorez. We like Zerorez and want to continue using your company, but we wont give in to that again!!!
