The service representative was friendly, courteous, and got right to work. Our carpet coughed-up some old dirt after he left, and Zerorez was quick to return and take care of it. I was able to watch how the cleaning products I purchased work and am pleased with their service.

There was so residue on the carpet, they felt clean not only by the looks of it. Dried very nicely, I didnt have to run a vacuum afterwards. Loved the fresh smell.
