Bob who arrived was dressed nice, and went to work. Told me what he was going to do and what was going to happen. I had my duct work cleaned. Bob proceeded to do an excellent job. I could tell a diference in the air in my home when he completed the job. He was good to put tarps down to keep my floors clean and he was pleasant. I plan to have my carpet cleaned in the spring by Zerorez. When I asked Bob if Zerorez did a good job on carpet, he said, "they do a awesome job on carpet. So, I'll give them a try. I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez and was extremely happy so I recommended them to my mom. She was been very impressed with the way mine looked and wanted to try out a different company to clean her carpets as well. BUT she was at very reluctant to change over!! Once I had mine done she was confident to have hers done by Zerorez!
Everything went smoothly from the time I called and made her appointment to set the day and time. The office called later to give us the 2 hour window frame for arrival.. On the day of service Devin even called ahead to say he'd be there in 10-15 minutes.. Right on schedule!! Her carpets were cleaned and dry in no time and it looks amazing! She was very happy! We will continue to recommend you to all our friends and family!!

Especially the black light service to locate cat urine. The protective coating spray applied and racked in, hopefully will do as it was recommended. Service and knowledge and personable service was worth everything.

I was very impressed! I thought there was no hope for our living room carpet, that it needed to be replaced. As much as I would LOVE to have new carpet, I am very happy with the results of Zerorez's carpet cleaning. So much so, I had them come out a second time to clean the rest of the carpet in our house.
