I've been a customer of Zerorez for over 4 years. The first time I had the carpets cleaned by them we had a puppy so there were quite a few stains. We paid the extra money for the pet treatment but it was the best money spent. They were able to remove every stain. The carpet looked almost like new and felt soft and smelled so fresh. I've had them clean the carpets several times since and have been very happy every time. The dog has been house trained so we no longer get the pet treatment and to this day those pet stains from when he was a puppy have never resurfaced. I'm a firm believer in Zerorez and would highly recommend the pet treatment if you have pet stains or odors.

I thought David did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and was very generous when he said he would try to get a bad spot out, but would not charge me if it did not come out. Everything looked great after he was done. I waited the 30 days before completing this to make sure that everything turned out as well as we thought when he was done. We have recommended you to a friend who plans to call you to set up an appointment to have her carpets done as well. We will use you again to do more rooms in the house next year.

Service man was very interested in understanding the areas to be cleaned, very hardworking. He left the carpets looking great and the nap brushed to perfection. Almost all spots were removed. We discussed a few areas where there had been a pet problem and decided not to do the "extra" service because of possible future replacement of the carpet. The spots in those two areas were removed, but unfortunately the smell is still present. I might want them to return to do the extra deep treatment . Thank you for the great service!

The technician was able to get a stain of finger nail polish out of our carpet that was 4 years old! The method of cleaning left our whole house smelling fresh and the carpet felt so clean and looked extremely clean. It's truly the best carpet cleaning we have ever had.
