Service technician was friendly and explained everything before the work was completed. He arrived at the planned time and re-assessed the work fairly since my husband and I moved all the furniture and did all the prep requested. He was thorough and careful around existing large furniture pieces and realistic about unusual hard stains like rust.
I feel like the treatment sanitized our otherwise 8 year old carpet. We will still eventually replace it, but for now pet accidents, dust and dander are gone. It had a nice smell while wet, and it dried within the timeframe we were told. We are quite happy with the results.
