Professional, prompt, and you do good work

Jalen, the technician, was very thorough in explaining the carpet cleaning procedure prior to starting. I appreciate that paper shoe covers are used when entering our home but one suggestion I would like to make is that they should be removed or changed when going outside and re-entering the home.

The fact that soap is not used. He got out some very big stains in my laundry room and living room. The technician was very nice and on time.
