They were able to accommodate my cleaning day even though the employee that was supposed to do the job ended up in the hospital that day. The guy that came out was professional and did a good job.
Justin was very friendly. I liked the corner guards you put on the corners for protection. I like that your cleaners wear booties. Did a good job. We did have one spot that I pointed out. I had to leave and the next day I noticed the spot was still there. I called and you set up a time for someone to come again. In the meantime, I used my personal cleaner and got it out. Maybe should pay more attention to spots that customers point out. When I called in, whoever answered the phone was very friendly.

The service provider, Jaylyn (this is probably not spelled right), was super polite, courteous and explained everything in a very informative way. I very much appreciated the advance correspondence informing me on how to be prepared for the service being provided, the notice the day before for the 3-hour window of time to expect them, and then the call saying they were on their way.
The 2 young men were timely, courteous to us and in our home, professional...and committed to making sure we were happy with the results.

We actually had to have the rep come back and clean some streaks in the carpet the day after our cleaning -- he was great and came back and made it right. Felt bad for the poor girl on the phone when she tried to re-schedule me for later in the week. It was a crazy week at our house and there wasn't any way we could wait until later in the week. She understood that and got him back out right away. The carpets looks great! Would definitely use your services again!
