I was not home when they clean my air ducts, but my husband was. The service men answered all of my questions I left for my husband to ask. They were very detailed in their response, and my husband said they did not mind the questions. They were very friendly. They were also came before our scheduled time which was great! I did not realize how dirty our air ducts were until this service was completed. They look completely new. It was worth the money. Also, our house smells so much better, I feel like it is easier to breath, and it has only been two days, but I don't see dog/cat hair in the air!
