I like the fact the products are green and no residue is left. My carpets look very clean. I was surprised that he was here for only a little over an hour or so and did all three rooms plus the stairs. It almost made me question if all the dirt could be removed so quickly. The person who did the cleaning was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable about the product. I did end up spending a lot more money than I has anticipated when I made the appointment.

The most important thing was that the product worked. Service Master wasn't sure they could get the stains out, but you guys didn't have a problem. It was even more impressive that the products were safe for my family and pets.

I love the professionalism of the staff - all of them. The job was done in good time & it smelled so good. He asked questions & asked us several times if we had any questions for him. And the cleaning carpets with no soap or chemicals is my favorite part. When the carpet dried I got down on my hand & knees & rubbed the floor & it was so soft & felt so clean. Love it!
