Love, love, love the fact that no harsh chemicals or soap are used to clean the carpet. Our technician was FABULOUS - respectful, knowledgable and so conscientious to do the job. Our carpet took a very short time to dry and looked even better as it did.

Great customer service on the booking end - friendly and helpful. Mostly Responsive to follow up. A good clean overall except left some scuffing on edge of stairs that didn't get resolved, but it's not noticeable enough to keep emailing about.

Aaron was very professional and courteous. As I am elderly and do not get around well, he even sprinkled ice melt on my driveway for me, partly to keep him from falling. My carpet is SEVERAL years old and he even got the grease out that my husband had tracked in. The carpet does not crunch when I walk on it like other carpet cleaners cause. And it dried so fast!!
