The carpet smells fresh & isn't sticky. I like that it is safe for young children & pets. Doug was able to remove stains we thought were impossible to remove.

I was completely satisfied with how Zerorez cleaned the carpet and two couches and chair. It smelled so clean and was dry by the next morning. It feels so nice to walk into my living room area knowing the carpet and furniture is now totally sanitized and smelling wonderful! My appointment was scheduled in a timely way. The reminder call was received as the email confirming my appointment said it would be. The person who conducted the cleaning was on time, courteous and careful in his treatment of our furniture, etc. The cost of the cleaning service was reasonable. Prior to beginning the cleaning the technician sat down with me and we discussed what I was expecting he would clean. He then gave me the total of what the service would cost and explained to me the order he would be cleaning things and why he was doing it that way. I also appreciated the timeliness of a phone contact giving me a quotation on cleaning an area rug that I sent back with the technician.

The guy who came back to work on resurrected spots was very nice. I liked that he put a cloth down on the hardwood floor that the hoses had to cross. I liked that he put fans down as he worked so we could see if the spots were coming back.

I appreciate that you use water not chemicals and I was thrilled that you traveled out of Des Moines to our home in Chariton and wasn't even charged a trip fee!! Thank you so much! The carpet looks great and the smell is wonderful!!
