It was different like the representative said over the phone. Also I loved the orange smell lol .. The person who came to clean my carpets showed me the "UV" light .. I believe that's what it was called and if not you guys know what i'm trying to say lol. I saw the pee stains I was telling him about and I believe he treated that well. I waited until about 2 days later to smell the room with the order and I can honestly say that I don't smell a thing. That is awesome considering the fact that I have cleaned my own carpet numerous of times with many different brands of solution and the smell was still there. Thanks so much. I will recommend your company.

My carpets looked and feel fresh and renewed. The associate who did the cleaning was efficient and professional.

It was quick and very efficient and clean. But more than that the gentleman who did the cleaning was very very nice and personable :0) which means so much more than just the cleaning itself! He even did Our little carpet mats that we have outside our house in our mudroom on his way out :)

I thought the gentleman who came was very polite and patient with my questions. He did the work fast and was very thorough. The carpet looks great! I have burber (spelling?) carpet and getting it clean is impossible. I have honestly tried everything. I will definitely call Zerorez when I need the carpets cleaned again.
