I think you have the best spot remover on the market!!! I have two cats that are 17 yrs. old and they do get sick. Your Zerorez spot cleaner does the job. I usually have my carpets cleaned about every fall by Zerorez.

You service was fine. However, I was disappointed that when the carpet dried especially on the stairs there were still stains that I thought had gone because when it was wet it looked like they were gone. However, they were lighter as your service rep had said they might be.
