Able to schedule appointment for cleaning within a couple days. Very polite man who cleaned the carpet. My husband had concerns over the area where cats had urinated and they came back immediately the following day and went over it again where he thought there was an issue. Again, very polite.
Also I do not like using detergents and prefer other cleaning agents that are used.

I liked the green, non-toxic cleaning solutions. They smell wonderful! The advertising is correct, my carpet just feels fresh and clean, not sticky or crunchy! The technician (Rick) was fantastic. He was kind, professional, and loved our dogs. Very nice guy! He was also training a new kid and did a great job of explaining and having the kid help where he could. It was an all-around wonderful experience. They got the carpet cleaner than my expectations, and I think, maybe even cleaner than they were expecting!

The service is excellent. But this last time it has taken for the big family room over a week for it to dry.
The carpet was very squeishy when we walked on it. Especially behind the on the couch area. It was almost
as if he upset his extra water there. It smelled very musty but we finally got that out using our essential oils.
