Great service. I didn't notice the scent of citrus when completed however. There was no odor, which is good, but didn't smell "clean" either.
The guy was super friendly and explained everything to me before starting. He was quick and efficient. The carpets look as they did when we moved in a year and a half ago. We will definitely be using zeroes again
