Unfortunately the cat urine smell did not really go away even with the
biological chemical treatment that you rep went over twice. Not much
Could have been done I feel. Your rep kept trying and the smell did
Go away after a fresh application but as it dried and walking on the
Area, I feel it stirred things up. I am not dissatisfied with service and
Price. Just wished the smell would have gone away a little bit. Sadly
The male cat who began doing this over the past couple months
Passed away about two weeks ago. He had a sudden stroke at the house.
This was why we decided to get the carpet cleaned. The rest of the room
(We did one large family room) looks really nice though.
