I like and appreciate the fact that there is no residue left in the carpet. I had just cleaned the carpets (traditional way w/soap)prior to Thanksgiving and by the first of March I knew something else had to be done. The true test will be how the cleaning holds up. If I see "tracks" in high traffic areas, I will then know for sure there is residue with all cleanings..

service was very professional....cannot say enough about the technician that came out to clean our carpets. He really did an excellent job of cleaning the stairs...they were showing signs of the constant traffic they receive everyday and he was able to make them look almost new.....we also had him clean our overstuffed chair and matching ottoman....they do look new....and the carpets look great also.....

They work....I have had so many cleaners that don't really clean. Zerorez works. If my dog urinates on our carpet, I use their spot cleaner and the spot disappears right before my eyes as I am using the product. It is unbelievable!
