The suggestion I'd make is for the office help: They didn't return a phone message left and had to call a 2nd time. When my husband called, they had made note of the tech we wanted but were sending someone else.

We did have old (big) stains that came back in our 2nd floor dormer after the carpet dried though. It may be the old pad under the carpet staining the carpet on top of it.

It would be nice to have a manager or owner perhaps look at these stains and let us know if they have experience with the pad staining the carpet from below and can you do anything about it, thanks.
