There aren't any chemicals or smell to the carpets after they are cleaned. However Zero Rez is quite a bit more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies.

I like the products and services. However I did this for my daughter and she was upset when she got home because they damaged freshly painted baseboards in two spots. Maybe they didn't notice. They should definitely point it out if they know. Luckily she was able to repair and repaint.

Justin was great! Was disappointed that til cleaning was limited to the floor and didn't touch floor edges or walls. But now I know. Was also surprised that there are some pretty wet spots yet, more then 24 hours later.

Carpet does look nicer. But was not happy with the young man who did it. He came unprepared to do his job. did not have the pads to put under the furniture, so left here (not in a nice manner) and I had to wait for him to come back. I had things I wanted to do but had to wait for him.

The serviceman was very professional and friendly. He was actually able to come early which allowed me to go to my daughter's soccer game that afternoon which was great!

You live up to what you advertise with the "empowered water". There is no sticky residue on our carpeting and the worn areas had some life brought back in them. Very happy with the job that Aaron Anderson did.
