I like not having a cleaning agent used on the carpet as I have very little foot traffic so mainly want the service for removal of residual cat hair and any extraneous material missed by vacuuming.

Love, love, love the fact that no harsh chemicals or soap are used to clean the carpet. Our technician was FABULOUS - respectful, knowledgable and so conscientious to do the job. Our carpet took a very short time to dry and looked even better as it did.

Great customer service on the booking end - friendly and helpful. Mostly Responsive to follow up. A good clean overall except left some scuffing on edge of stairs that didn't get resolved, but it's not noticeable enough to keep emailing about.
