The technician that visited our home was friendly, professional, and very thorough in his explanation of how the carpets would be cleaned. He was wonderful! The carpets feel clean and don't smell like any chemicals.

The technician was professional and personable and arrived as scheduled. We did a walk through so I could point out areas that may need a little more attention and he explained the cleaning process.

We discussed one small area that a small pet had slept on several years ago and he was able to remove that residue. I have had my carpet cleaned by at least 2 competitors over the past few years and neither had taken care of that spot.

He was onsite for 45 minutes which covered the pretreatment, cleaning and application of the carpet stain protection product.

I am pleased with the results and will definitely use your services again!

Friendly and efficient service.

The service to clean my area rug was very easy to schedule. I had a dog urine stain on a white rug that I could not spot clean. Augustine was prompt, called when he was on his way and totally got rid of the stain. He was very thoughtful in cleaning our rug outside to avoid any damage our wood floor. Afterwards he carried the rug to our back deck to hang and decrease the time to dry. Excellent service!.
