He did a through job at cleaning my carpet and steps

I had a knowledgeable and very kind/polite technician. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He even made sure to put something under the truck to ensure no oil dripped onto concrete driveway from the vehicle. I appreciated his attention to detail.

The product did a great job eliminating the dog urine smell from my carpets. Since that was the main reason for the cleaning, I was worried it wouldn’t come out but so far it looks and smells clean. Carpets dried quickly and feel great!

We like the professionalism and courtesy of the Zerorez technicians and their advice re carpet care. We are also big fans of their citrus based cleaning solution, which is environmentally friendly and leaves our carpets with a nice fresh scent.

Augie was our technician. He was very professional and took time to answer some questions. I ended up adding more than I had scheduling he was very accommodating. I was worried it might take too much of his time. He said he had all the time needed to help take care of my carpet and stairs. He did a GREAT job!!!

They worked so hard to clean it and it looks amazing. They called ahead of time, they were kind, and professional. Technicians are very knowledgeable and take the time to discuss your needs. They look at the carpet and even get down and smell it, if necessary. Once completed, they talk with you to make sure you are happy with the results. Great customer service, and my carpet looks great!

I like the fact that my carpet is cleaned using water, not leaving the residue that soap does. it also dries rapidly. The techs are efficient and make short work of it with a quality cleaning.
